Within Australia
Mini Milli choses Fastway Couriers for Australia wide delivery. This ensures that your product is delivered on time and safely. All products are insured via this service. The service also allows us to track the order, provide an efficient and reliable delivery process within Australia. For most packages up to 25kg, costs are only $10. This is for Sydney Metro and Shorthaul destinations. Capital Cities, other areas. Packages over 25kg, Mini Milli Administration will contact you to discuss additional costs.
Sydney Metropolitan Area: next day delivery (Mon - Fri)
Shorthaul delivery: within 1-2 working days (Mon - Fri)
Shorthaul destinations include Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Wollongong, Central Coast, Southern Highlands, Blue Mountains, Bathurst and Orange.
Capital Cities: (Adelaide, Melbourne, Geelong and Bendigo, Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast) - within 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri)
Other Areas: (Cairns, Townsville, Perth, South Australia Country, Northern Territory, Darwin, Tasmania): 4+ working days, depending on destination
Outback: Remote areas of NSW, QLD, South Australia, NT and WA.
Orders received by noon for Sydney Metro are dispatched the same day.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Currently, we only deliver to the Fiji Islands. We hope to extend this international route to New Zealand, UK and other international destinations in 2008. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Fiji Islands
The default service for international shipments is Australia Post Air Mail at a flat rate of $20.00Aust. Delivery to Fiji Islands takes 5-10 working days (depending on location and/or island). Optionally you can request delivery confirmation, insurance, or express courier service. Delivery to Fiji Islands is to all the major towns and islands including Vanua Levu, Taveuni, Koro, Kadavu, Labasa, Levuka and Lau. If you have any queries, please contact us or send us an email to admin@minimilli.com.
Please note: In rare circumstances, bulky or large orders may incur an excess shipping fee. You will be contacted prior to shipment if this is the case with your order.

Mini Milli is happy to negotiate costs to the weight exceeds 25kg and we do offer free delivery for purchases over $200.00.
We aim to dispatch goods within 48hrs unless we receive a special request for express delivery.
What is the return policy?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, please return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days, along with the reason for the return and we will gladly exchange or refund.
Sorry, we do not refund original shipping charges on returns. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, unless we made an error and shipped the incorrect product.
Can I order place an International Order?
Yes, Mini Milli currently delivers to the Fiji Islands and Australia Post Air Mail registered services. All products are quoted in Australian Dollars. Please contact us to find out more about this service.
