How do I order on-line?
Simply browse the Mini Milli website and when you see a gift pack that you like, select the pack and click on the "add to cart" button. You can repeat this process with as many items as you like and all your selected items will be stored in your shopping cart until you are ready to go to the checkout. You can review and adjust the items in your cart at anytime by clicking the "view cart" button. This will take you to your shopping cart where you can add or remove items. Once you have finished browsing click on the "checkout" button to pay for your items.

Payment
The Customer must pay for the goods before the goods are distributed.

Payment Options
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, Diners Club, American Express, Money Order through Australia Post or Western Union, transfer to our bank account or cheque. Please note that with cheques money must cleared through our bank account prior to your order being shipped.

Privacy Policy
We do not distribute any of our visitors information to anyone, or use it for any purpose other than self-evaluation and processing of your orders. We guarantee that your personal information will not be sold or given to any other organization.

Return Policy & Customer Satisfaction Policy
We guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with our products or we will gladly refund you 100% of your purchase within 30 days of purchase.

Loss or Damage in Transit
Mini Milli is not responsible for any loss or damage to goods during transit. Mini Milli will assist to laising with carriers to pressing claims on the lost or damaged product. The customer needs to notify Mini Milli within three working days of the discovery of the lost or damaged goods.

Postage and Delivery Information
Mini Milli choses Australia Post (Registered Mail) for deliveries within Australia, which allows us to track the order, provide an efficient and reliable delivery process. The receipient must be at home in order for the parcel to be delivered, otherwise a notification ard will be placed in the letterbox.

The same process will apply to a work environment and another person in most cases the company's mail services will sign on behave of the receipient.

Depending on availability of stock, orders are dispatched 2 business days. Australia Post delivery time is approximately 2 - 5 working days, depending on delivery distance. Many metropolitan deliveries however are received less than 3 working days or the next day.

Costs of delivery are included in the pack and these are normally $7.00 Aust for Metropolitan areas and $10.00 for interstate or country areas. If delivery is urgent which the next business day is, a courier will be used for this particular run; in this case, the fee will be $15.00.

When will my order be delivered?
Mini Milli will dispatch your order the following business day providing the order is received before 4.00 p.m. EST and the item is in stock. Delivery via Australia Post is normally 3 to 7 days but quite often overnight to capital cities. If there are any delays due to stocking reasons we will notify you and you may have the option of changing or canceling your order.

Express Post guarantee next day delivery to most areas within Australia. Orders are dispatched the following day provided the order is received before the 4.00pm EST and the item is in stock. If you have an urgent delivery please telephone our office and we will always try to be of service.

We do not make weekend or public holiday deliveries. Orders placed before 4pm EST on a Friday will be delivered the next business day (ie, Monday). Orders placed AFTER 4pm EST on Friday will not be dispatched until the next business day (ie Monday) for arrival on Tuesday.

If your order is to be delivered to hospital please is certain that the recipient will still be in hospital on the day that delivery is to be made. If there is a chance that the recipient will be discharged from hospital we recommend that you request delivery to their home. If the recipient is discharged on the scheduled day for delivery a re-direction fee to their home may be charged to you.

As soon as we receive your order we will send you an e-mail to let you know your order number. You can use this number if you have any queries regarding your order.

What is the cost of postage and handling?
Postage is calculated automatically on all gift packs. We have weighed all of our products to ensure that you only pay the closest to correct postage and handling amount for the item(s). The charge includes the cost of postage and handling as well as the postage bag. The charges are set out below.

All Australian mail will be sent via registered post and has insurance for the first $100.  If you would like to further insure for your products please let us know on 1300 78 3807 to add a further $1.05 per $100 insurance (For an Australian Residents only).  To insure items for international delivery please contact us to enquire how.
Please note: If the weight exceeds 3 kg the postage charge may need to be adjusted.  Mini Milli will contact you to confirm the price as soon as possible.

What is the return policy?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, please return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days, along with the reason for the return and we will gladly exchange or refund.
Sorry, we do not refund original shipping charges on returns. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, unless we made an error and shipped the incorrect product.

Can I order place an International Order?
Yes, Mini Milli sells and delivers to Fijij, Tonga and Samoa. All products are quoted in Australian Dollars. Please see Postage and Handling rates for international deliveries to these countries.

What are the Terms and Conditions?

GST
Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.

Mini Milli does not warrant that a particular product is available or suitable for your purposes. Photos depicted are a guideline only. Designs and colors may vary depending on season and supplies. Mini Milli does not warrant that your access to the network or the information contained will remain error free, or that the network or the server which stores and delivers the website and its contents to you will remain free of viruses or other harmful components. By accessing the website you agree that Mini Mill will not be liable as a result of any error, virus or other harmful component.

d) Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifices any right implied by Law (including the Trade Practices Act 1974) and which by Law cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

Acceptance
These terms (which may only waived in writing by Mini Milli) prevail over all terms of the Customer's order to the extend of any inconsistency.

Customised Gift Options
Mini Milli is able to offered on the website are simply combinations that we have chosen. Naturally, all products are available either individually, or in different arrangements. You may wish to create your own gift box with selections made from any number of products, to a budget that suits you. Please either e-mail or phone us to discuss your specific requirements.
