Exchange
Exchange Policy - If you or the recipient of the gift would like to return the product and exchange it for something different (they may already have the item you have chosen) they will need to contact us via phone or e-mail and confirm what they would like to do. They are able to exchange the gift for items to the same or greater value. In this case, they will need to return the gift to us within 10 business days. The gift or product must be in it's original packaging via Australia Post. Any difference in value, plus the cost of re-delivering the new gift will be charged. Express service can be organised and we are happy to do this via Fastway Couriers. All you need to do is give us a call.
Pricing
Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST (10%). For orders delivered outside Australia GST is removed at the 'order confirmation' stage of check out. Mini Milli reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.
Return & Refund Policy
Customer Service and satisfaction is our priority and Mini Milli will accept returns provided the products are returned to us in it's original packaging within 14 days. If the product is in any way faulty or damaged, it may be exchanged, or naturally fully refunded. Mini Milli will refund the value of the gift, but the original delivery charge of $10.00 is non-refundable.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellations and/or alterations to your order must be made at least 24 hours prior to despatch. If you e-mail us to cancel an order after it has been despatched you are able to return the gift for a full refund, however the cost of delivery is non-refundable (see Return & Refund Policy above).
Our products are ordered and manufactured in advance and we make every effort to have all stock items available at all times, however in certain circumstances an item may not be available. In such a case we will replace the product with a close alternative of equal or greater value. If the product substitution will significantly change the gift combination in any of the gift packs we will contact you and allow you to change your choice, should you wish to do so.
